Executive Director - Janna
Janna is the Founding Executive Director of Hope Pregnancy Resource Center. She has lived in the Wausau area for most of her life. She and her husband have raised their two children in this community and enjoy the area and all it has to offer. Janna comes to Hope with supervisory and managerial experience, along with experience working with young people both as a leader and a mentor. Her passion for women in unplanned pregnancies comes from personal experience. At seventeen, Janna faced her own unplanned pregnancy and knows first hand the emotions and decisions that must be dealt with.
Center Director - Jackie
Jackie recently moved back to the Wausau area after being away for several years. She is enjoying being close to her family and is excited about settling in this area. She graduated with a B.S. in Biblical Counseling. Jackie has a passion for women who find themselves in the midst of an unplanned pregnancy and has worked and volunteered in this area 8+ years in various capacities which include case management, crisis counseling, supervising a maternity home, managing a mentoring program and working in an abuse shelter.
Nurse Manager - Angela
Angela, Nurse Manager, has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Angela worked as a Registered Nurse on the Special Care Unit at Good Samaritan Health Center and most recently served as a Volunteer Ward Nurse on the Mercy Ships off the coast of Africa. Angela's training and experience as a Peer Advocate at HOPE over the the past 2 years carries over into her work as our Nurse Manager. Her passion for women facing unplanned pregnancy is evident in the time she takes with each client in need of a free, limited ultrasound. Angela resides with her family west of Wausau.
Administrative Assistant - Mary
Mary graduated from NTC with an Associate Degree as a Medical Secretary. She also brings her Administrative Assistant background to Hope. Mary and her husband grew up in Wausau and raised three children here as well. They now enjoy time together and time with their three grand children.
